Widely used in west Africa and India, Moringa is known as a miracle tree to agroforesters and farmers due to its high nutritional value. Now you can grow your own moringa (indoors or outdoors) by purchasing a kit that includes seeds of Moringa oleifera, along with a booklet explaining its cultivation and usage. One half of the donation will be used to plant Moringa trees in our projects. |

It is easy to be a volunteer for Trees for the Future. We can create a volunteer opportunity for anyone concerned about the world's environment. We need help at events, editing and translating books and manuals, increasing public awareness, and talking with schools and other groups. TREES also needs volunteers throughout the country to encourage their communities, churches, and civic groups to support tree planting projects. Click here to complete our online volunteer application, or email us at info@treesftf.org to find out how you can get involved. |

Calculating your carbon dioxide emissions is a useful tool for learning about your impact on the environment, and to discover changes that you can make that will help to lower this impact. There are many carbon calculators available on the web, and we have listed a few that we think are worth looking at. |
